PLEASE
NOTE THAT ALL HEADCOVERS
ARE FREE. |
In two years trading, OzGolf has only had three negative Feedbacks and all three have involved the headcover. No matter that these buyers got great clubs at half shop price, they were not happy with the headcover so they went negative on us. One goose gave us negative feedback because he got a grey and red (genuine) Callaway Fairway wood cover instead of a black and red Callaway Fairway wood cover. It didn't match his other headcovers! That sort of thing, my friends, sucks big time, and to put an end to this sort of rubbish, we are putting our policy on headcovers in writing so it is clear to everyone, it is as follows; When buying a club from OzGolfShop that has the headcover 'included', buyers are not paying anything extra for the headcover, it is supplied free. In most cases the headcover will match the club 100%, in some rare cases, it will not, but as it is being given away, there is nothing to complain about. This applies in all cases, even where a picture of headcover is shown. Headcovers are a real problem for us as the majority of clubs we buy are ex-demos, of which the guys in the shops invariably flog off the headcovers seperately. As we sell all our drivers, putters, etc, with headcovers, we spend a lot of time and a lot of dollars trying to get them for the clubs we sell. Most times we do, odd times we simply cannot find them. But no buyer will be short changed, we will get as close as we possibly can. If we can't get Titleist 907 D1 headcovers for example, we will put in a Titleist 907D2 or vice versa. A Cleveland HiBore may get a Cleveland HiBore XL headcover, and a Rossa Monza Corza Putter may get a Rossa Corzina headcover. Buyers will not, for example, get a Taylor Made headcover for a Titleist club. I repeat that we will do the best we possibly can do in regards to headcovers and I trust you understand our position if you are one of the few that don't get a 100% match. Thank you all for your continuing custom, I hope you all drive long and straight, and putt straight and true. Jack Rodios |
